COVID 19 Statement for Clients

Aspens & Oaks has always placed the safety and well-being of our Clients and our Employees/Clinicians as a high priority.

 

Therefore, in order to comply with the most recent Government announcement with regard to the COVID -19 Outbreak, we will be closing our building to client meetings and there will be no face-to-face sessions or consultations or assessments offered at our building until further notice.
However, we will still be offering our services using secure virtual options such as telephone or tele-health video consultations…

We are working as quickly as possible to fully transition to these technologies while keeping client information security as a major priority… that being said, we should be fully functional in the next couple of days.
Note, that these technologies will not only be available to our private clients but we are in contact with our EAP providers to enable virtual options for our EAP clients.
Additionally, we have setup a convenient online interac banking payments which will be automatically deposited when sent to payments@aspensandoaks.ca.

 

And… We will continue to follow the guidance of local health authorities to make informed and safe decisions for our clients and staff.
We hope this statement serves to relieve some of the stress associated with this public health challenge, and you being able to access our services… And… we hope this Covid – 19 outbreak is contained soon and put behind us.
