RETURN Client Sessions

If you are feeling ill or have any Covid symptoms please inform us prior to coming for your session and we can reschedule.

Please review the list of items we feel are important pertaining to ALL sessions after your Initial Session.

 

  1. Please complete the COVID 19 Questionaire within 48 hours of your upcoming session… click HERE
  2. Remember the Aspens & Oaks Fee Policy regarding 24 hours prior notice to cancel your appointment.
  3. Clients who are required to pay all or a portion of their session fee need to do this prior to their session and prior to 4 PM if they have an evening session.
  4. Debit, Cash or Etransfer payment options are available for IN PERSON appointments beginning not later than 4PM.
  5. Clients must use etransfer for ALL appointments beginning after 4PM whether they are IN PERSON or using our telephone or video conference options.
  6. Send your etransfer payments to payments@counsellingsolutions.ca. Auto-deposit has been set up so no need for secret Questions or Answers to complete the payment.
