Anger, anxiety, and stress are all normal reactions to life circumstances. However, as the saying goes… “it may be OK to have anger, but it is not OK for anger to have you!”. The same saying equally applies to anxiety and stress.
The bottom line is: if your anger/anxiety/stress is impeding you or others from dealing with the challenges of life, then something needs to change. Sometimes, a person can get real awareness of their problem and the solution with only a few sessions; while other people may take longer to overcome learned behaviors which have been destructive for a while.
If you are experiencing these issues or you are the loved one of someone who needs help we are here to discuss solutions. You can reach our intake specialist at 709 754 2068 or via our Service Inquiry Form.
