Sometimes stress can become too much; it is very good to talk to someone since a problem shared loses its power. Counselling may be that solution.

Anger, anxiety, and stress are all normal reactions to life circumstances. However, as the saying goes… “it may be OK to have anger, but it is not OK for anger to have you!”. The same saying equally applies to anxiety and stress.

The bottom line is: if your anger/anxiety/stress is impeding you or others from dealing with the challenges of life, then something needs to change. Sometimes, a person can get real awareness of their problem and the solution with only a few sessions; while other people may take longer to overcome learned behaviors which have been destructive for a while.
