    Interpersonal therapy services address topics such as relationship concerns, premarital/marital issues, couples concerns, separation/divorce, parenting and family concerns, as well as grief and loss. Counselling can focus on improving communication and conflict resolution skills, learning strategies for improving intimacy, developing new boundary setting skills within relationships, and receiving emotional support during times of grief and loss.
